Do I need a referral to be seen?

No. You can request an appointment directly through our secure intake form. If you are using insurance, we can help you understand any plan-specific requirements.

Do you offer therapy in languages other than English?

Yes. We provide culturally attuned care in English, Spanish, Arabic, Hebrew and Farsi, with additional language support available when needed.

Do you see children and adolescents?

Yes. Our team offers developmentally appropriate therapy, play therapy and family support for children and adolescents.

Do you accept my insurance?

We accept Molina, Medi-Cal, Medicare, Tricare, UnitedHealthcare and Evernorth-Cigna. Self-pay clients are also welcome, with competitive rates available.

Do you offer telehealth?

Yes. Secure video therapy and psychiatric visits are available for clients anywhere in California, subject to service and licensure requirements.

What happens after I submit an intake request?

Our team reviews your request and reaches out within one business day. We will talk through your needs, answer questions and help match you with the right clinician.

How do I get my records?

Contact our referral team at referral@palmmh.com. We will guide you through the records request process and verify the details needed to protect your privacy.
